The room was nice, clean facility, friendly staff. The fitness facility only had cardio equipment, so that was underwhelming. Also breakfast did not open until 7am. I often leave early for work and booking a place with a free breakfast is what I look for but it is very uncommon for a facility to not have breakfast start until 7am. I won't stay there again for that reason.

We booked a A king size deluxe room, but when we checked in we were given a dumpy room with two double beds. They said they didn’t have any king rooms as under construction. After our complaint, we were given a king room that was “almost” ready. It had no tv in the sitting area, no in room phone, the couch was disgusting looking. No restaurant as advertised, as well as no pool as it was under construction. I requested a huge discount, or we would be leaving. They only charged us $100 plus tax vs the $185 when we booked. We were supposed to stay there on our way home, but cancelled our reservation. Will never stay there again

Rooms are small but beds are comfortable. AC units need to be updated. Door to our room didn't close properly, had to pull hard causing it to slam. Restaurant is closed for reservation. Didn't have the continental breakfast. Overall good stay for the price.

It was smelly and damp in the hallway, with a garbage can in the middle catching a leak from the ceiling. Got into the room, very old, few lamps and plug ins. Went to pull the bed sheets, it was missing a sheet and the comforter was stained/dirty. On our way out for supper, I asked the front desk to clean and remake the bed. SHE OFFERED TO GIVE ME SHEETS TO CLEAN AND REMAKE MY OWN BED! Barf. I was actually sickened. I asked for a refund and was told she couldn’t! Thank goodness I booked through Expedia and they are taking care of it. My husband grabbed our stuff and we left completely disgusted. NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY HERE!

Would never come back here again. Doors didn't close properly, had to go down to the front to get more towels, didnt have a phone in the room so had to use cell phone, bathroom shower wasnt the cleanest had dark hairs in it. Front staff werent very welcoming, wasnt greated had to give my name first. Just a overall bad experience here.

The property around the motel is littered with hundreds of cigarette butts in every door way. People from the street are in dark doorways smoking pot. Feels unsafe. Breakfast room is unattended dirty floors and counters, garbage bins overflow with garbage. Sorry it was a bad stay.

No automatic door opening for luggage cart. Elevator crushed me between closing doors and luggage cart. It would not open until I reached in and hit door open. People slamming doors, so loud we thought it our door. No tv remote. Had to ask for it. Asked for 2 extra pillows. Had ask 3 times beforehand. There were blood red hand prints on back of BR door. Multi dirty areas. Breakfast dismal. Nobody answers front desk. Nobody at the front desk, several times. I contacted them 10 days prior that my husband had a leg injury and could not walk far. We had the farthest possible room from lobby. The towels 20 years old? And not enough for two people. What is the point of doing pre check in when they ask all over the same questions. DISAPPOINTING

The staff was wonderful, the facilities not so much. From the VERY well-used furniture being delivered to the check-in area to the used/worn furniture/beds/linen being used, it is a tired hotel undergoing a rather slow transformation (fresh coat of paint, …) Our first room smelled badly of stale smoke. The second was better but the poor ac unit located behind a very large and quite out-of-place chair, was no longer a pristine white but a sad yellow-coloured device that reminded me of a chain-smokers teeth. And it was definitely well used spitting out air that was the equivalent of a wind based golden shower - minimal, warm and unpleasant. When i mentioned the ac to the staff i was told, “it takes a while for it to cool down”. At 1 am it was still not cool. The beds were not comfortable and my wife had them change the sheets twice. Did i mention well-used?? We didn’t stay for breakfast as breakfast didn’t open til 7 (we like to b on the road by then). Now the pics on-line looked amazing (the reason we booked) but as my father used to say, “ya can put lipstick on a pig but its still a pig”. We will not be returning.
