This new construction home in Broadkill Beach is ready for your vacation stay! This large open floor plan home with a private elevator has plenty of room for you to spread out. The great room has a seating space with a large TV for movie watching. This area is adjacent to the dining space and large kitchen with a great island for food prep or hanging around for conversation. One level of bedrooms with a master en-suite bathroom as well as two bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. The top floor has the master suite with large bathroom. Several decks are available for outside seating. The rear of the house has incredible views - great for catching the sunsets! An outdoor area is equipped with a "cowboy cauldron" for grilling and/or using as a fire pit.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

One dog allowed with a non-refundable pet fee and signed addendum. Owner may make an exception for more than one dog, ask your agent for details.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival required to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
