If the pictures don't say it all, the Rehoboth Art League has selected this home to be on the 2025 annual Cottage Tour! YOU could be one of the first to vacation here! From the stunning décor and finishes to the high quality linens and furnishings, you will not want for a single item at 7 Lake! The owner has thought of everything and bonuses abound... Bed linens, bath and beach towels & departure clean are included for stays of 7 nights or more . . . AND 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits are included with any stay length, (in addition to multiple driveway spaces!) Sleeping 10, so comfortably with quality mattresses and bedding, there's room for the whole family with 5 BRs, offering 3 Kings, 1 Queen and 1 Double Bunk for the kiddos. The location cannot be beat... just steps to the beach and a short walk down the boardwalk to unique shops, casual and gourmet restaurants, arcades and of course, Funland, renowned for entertaining families for years! After a glorious beach day, you'll delight in a wonderful outdoor shower before dinner. Don't feel like eating out, the chef in your party will be overjoyed with the the fabulous kitchen! There's plenty of seating at the dining table and large breakfast bar... or picnic outside on the rear picnic table in the fenced backyard. No worries if you have a cloudy day, you can happily stream your favorite shows from one of the 6 Smart TVs; the 2nd floor den even offers an HDMI hookup for the kids' gaming system. If you feel like a small could hop on the nearby Gordons Pond bike trail and traverse the scenic Cape Henlopen State Park to the quaint and Historic Town of Lewes! No need to get in the car and it's just over 5 miles! Please keep in mind the driveway is narrow, so you may have to load / unload the car at the end of the driveway then pull up. Guest pays a $550 cleaning/linen fee for stays under 7 nights.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. ***Beautifully appointed beach side home***

Where to begin? This home is so beautiful and has every thing needed for the best beach vacation. We loved the location, allowing us to park our cars and enjoy the sand and boardwalk...never needed to drive. Not only does the home have beautiful beach/ocean views from the front patio and balcony, it also has a cozy, private back yard, perfect for a BBQ and firepit evening. Tons of space and many bathrooms made everyone happy. We also LOVED the seperate ice machine and beach towels...thank you for thinking about all the fine details. Felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel!!
