“A lovely spacious room with a cute little balcony - a perfect place to have breakfast, or sip. A glass of wine in the afternoon and watch the neighborhood. The beach was only 4 blocks away. Close to the Norman Bird Sanctuary, the Green Topiary Animals, and wineries, and all that Aquidneck Island has to offer. ”

Frank the owner came out to greet us and show us the ropes. What a truly amazing couple him and his wife were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. “Check in was ok. Owner was very responsive and let us check in early. There was a problem with the lock but that was taken care of within minutes. Kitchen was modern and beautiful, no coffee pods or sugar or creamer which would have been nice for an overnight stay.Bath towels were tiny and the bath matts were sketchy. Bathroom and shower were clean.The issue: 64 steps to the apartment, some extremely steep. No way we were getting a suitcase up those stairs. We threw essentials in a bag and……

Super close to Newport and all the activities but far enough for quiet and solitude when we returned to house. Highly recommend going to a polo match - highlight of the weekend!”
