“What a great condo to stay in. Super clean, quiet building and you're within waling distance to SO many trails, restaurants and coffee/ice cream shops. The bed was even super comfortable. The only thing to improve would be the wifi. WE struggled with that a bit, but nothing else. We'll go again! Thanks hostesses and host!”

“This was the perfect spot for our mother/daughter getaway. The condo is clean, very spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. We felt safe and were able to walk to all the best restaurants and activities that downtown Greenville has to offer. The host was responsive, and the check-in process was easy. “This property is not as described. Throughout the whole listing it states you will have the whole condo to yourself. You do not have the condo to yourself. The owner actually stays there as well. There is no mention of anyone smoking and the house smells of cigarette smoke. It is in the sheets as well. My clothes reeked of cigarette smoke. I did not feel comfortable being in a house with a strange man. I did leave early the following morning. Had I known that it was not thw whole condo, I would……

“I've stayed at hundreds of rental properties over my years a travel, and this loft was one of the more unique setups. We loved it, and it was perfect for our two-family group. The kids loved the multiple floors and ability to find a nook to separate themselves from the rest of the family. The location is perfect to enjoy Downtown Greenville to its fullest, and communication throughout the stat was great. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio that we used to welcome in the New Year and get a bird's……

“I highly recommend this property. It was very clean/updated. Walking distance to local stores, coffee shops and restaurants. You can watch Fluor Field baseball from the balcony (which was great). Quiet and safe property location, with private parking The host was very accommodating with excellent communication. I will definitely book this location again!!”

“We spent a week in the Greenville area looking a prospective property to purchase and this loft was perfect. It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville.”
