"The rooms that I and my parents stayed were in excellent conditions. Bathroom was new, clean and big. The bed was comfortable and the room was bright. I forgot my diamond earring in the room. I did not realise until I was back to Fukuoka. I called the hotel and they immediately sent a staff to the room that I stayed to check. THEY FOUND IT! I returned to the hotel in the next morning to pick it up. This is such a wonderful experience that the hotel staff was honest, friendly, helpful and courteous.
