“We had a wonderful day! It was a lovely March day in the 70s and we spent the afternoon outside on the picnic table watching the river and all the birds!! The house and the grounds are lovely. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.”

“Excellent property felt like we were living in a new home. Everything was well maintained and super clean, everything worked as it should and no issues or problems at all. Location is close to lots of great shopping and restaurants and easy to get in and out of. It was really nice to be able to pull into the garage and shut the door although I would not be worried about the neighborhood, it was very quiet and peaceful all around.”

“We rented this property while we attended an event in Cedar Falls. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered. It has new flooring and everything in labeled so you know exactly where everything is. There were 4 of us staying there and it is all we needed for the 3 days we were there. The linens were soft, the house was spacious enough for all of us to have our own space, there was even a multi charger in our bedroom. The only thing I could……
