“Great place to stay within walking distance to places to eat and drink. Also a wonderful park a short walk away. The house was wonderful and we will stay here again if we’re in Birmingham!”

“This property was the most nasty place i have ever been, there was blood on the floor on the walls. Blood on the outside of the property. It was in an unsafe area they were shooting. Rats were under the stove. I would not let my dog sleep there. When we called and complained they did nothing so we did not stay we left. It was shameful. The property manager was rude and disrespectful. This home is not safe!!!!!”

“The owners of this property are top notch. Responded immediately to any questions/requests. We rented this property for 2 weeks while in town for business. There were terrible storms and the electricity went out for hours and it blew the AC. They immediately moved us to another property. I can't say enough how accommodating they were! The only suggestion that I have is that some of the furnishings, rugs and linens need a refresh (this is coming from a group of middle aged women :)) We will be……

“Place is nothing as pictured, referring to furniture.Stove disgusting, microwave looks like it came from a salvage yard. So much damage, theirs a door that once you open the entire door falls on you.”
