“The home is very clean and adorable. It has such character and charm. Digital check in and check out was amazing. The host, Nina, is very attentive to her guests. She was quick to answer any questions we had. She is very accommodating. Parking is in the back and you access that by an unmarked street that runs behind the homes. Not hard to find at all. “What a great place. Owners are outstanding with communication and truly welcoming. They made check-in and check out extremely easy. The home was fantastic and the layout of very accommodating for a family. The back deck is perfect for casual time outside, open living room and kitchen floor plan keeps the family together, and plenty of items to keep the family entertained to include electronic games, ping pong, and table games. Great location within access to all that Birmingham has to offer. ……

“Location perfect for our purpose. We liked the open kitchen/living area. Bedrooms and baths fine. Sufficient plates/utensils but nonstick pans heavily used/scratched and other cooking items minimal. We weren't disappointed though and it worked for our short stay.”

“Easy drive to downtown Birmingham. Older neighborhood, mostly quiet. Large, dog friendly, partially fenced yard. The main bathroom is very nice, and the house is roomy, but does have a few minor maintenance issues. Furniture and beds could use upgrading. Kitchen is nice, but only has very basic cookware; no toaster, spatulas, colander, etc. Adequate washer/dryer, linens/ towels. This was a better option than a hotel for our group.”
