This high-end architect-designed 5750 SF contemporary home boasts breathtaking views of Moriches Bay, with 1400 feet of water frontage. Situated in Westhampton, in the beautiful hamlet of Remsenburg, at the end of a private cul-de-sac, this beautifully landscaped 2.3 acre compound is surrounded by water and nature.

Fully renovated in 2015 / 2016, the spacious modern interior features a free-flowing main room with kitchen, dining and living areas providing panoramic views of the bay. This kid-friendly home can accommodate 12, providing ample room for two families or hosting guests. Two separate wings (each wing can sleep 6) combine for a total of five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a den and a spacious family oriented TV room offering privacy.

Enjoy every second of your summer on spacious 3-level mahogany decks, around the heated pool with its Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, wet bar and sauna. The property has its own private beach and a large deep-water dock which gives direct access to the ocean. Families are able to enjoy any water activity without the need to leave home. Swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking are at your fingertips. Bring or rent a Jet-Ski or power boat to round out your experience as Moriches Bay is a haven for water skiing. A 24’ power boat at extra cost can be arranged for a seasoned boater. After a day on the water, relax by the pool, play badminton, croquet, soccer, ping pong, foosball or enjoy a stroll on the widespread open lawn before your family takes in a summer barbecue staring out to the bay.

Away from the crowds, yet minutes to Westhampton Beach village and only 65 miles from NYC, this home offers un-paralleled comfort, flexibility and convenience.
