"We've stayed La Quinta's in other areas that were awesome. This one was just average. We could hear the people in the room above us walk which was unusual. The lighting was not the best in the bathroom. It did serve our needs though."

"The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish"

"The property is exactly as described! The host is lovely and very helpful. We were in Ft Smith for the symphony performance of Harry Potter to support our feiwnds who are violinists. An absolutely great time was had by all! We definitely will stay here again!"

"This a great spot for visiting the area. You can walk to food, drinks and shopping while being centrally located to Van Buren/Fort Smith area.Very comfortable and well equipped Cranny.Pasta Grill is great for dinner!"
