Cosy holiday home for families on a large plot in the Renåfjellet holiday home area. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet with nature as your nearest neighbour. With a bit of luck you might even see a moose. The Bergren also lives in this region. In summertime you can cycle or hike on exciting forest paths. Within an hour's drive you can reach some of Norway's best trout and grayling rivers. The holiday home is located close to the river Mistra, which is famous for its large trout. The Renavassdraget flows along the valley floor, forming the two lakes Lomnessjøen and Storsjøen and the river Rena. These waters are particularly famous for vendace, grayling, pike and trout. For some time now, the local population has been catching vendace with landing nets in the river Åkrestrømmen (fishing licence required). There are also good hiking opportunities here; we recommend the hiking destinations Sølenfjell and Jutulhogget. You are welcome to pick blueberries and lingonberries freely on the hike. You will also be close to moorland with lots of cloudberries.
