“Reserved the property for a weekend 5-6 weeks in advance. Sent multiple messages to the Host and never received a response. A message was sent same day reservations were made, the week of and the day before. Not once did I get a response.The day of checking I still hadn’t heard from the host, I had to call VRBO customer service for someone to get in touch with the host, which took about 10-20 minutes. My reservation was canceled 5 hours before check in due to the host saying the ac stopped……

“This location was perfect for our week stay in the area. We felt very safe and secure. We had some problems with a very strong storm blowing water under the door, and a thermostat issue, but the owners were on top of every message we sent, most of the time responding within minutes.
