The beds were comfy and everything was clean. John and Courtney were able to accommodate an earlier check in for us which was wonderful. The hot tub was relaxing and very easy to use! “I stayed at this property for roughly 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The neighborhood located about 5-10 min drive to everything and it was quiet at night. The host was very friendly and responded to every message in a timely manner. Any concerns were addressed immediately. Definitely would recommend and stay again.”

“There was a small issue with the AC that was identified the day before we arrived. The host communicated the issue and the plan for fixing the problem and gave us options to cancel if we desired. We were not able to find any other accommodations last minute. However, the AC was fixed on our second day and did not cause any interruptions to our stay. The host was great about communicating and providing updates. We also got mixed up on the check out time, I thought it was noon, cleaner showed up……

“The host, Wade, was pushy as to when we’d arrive and demanded to know. We didn’t have a plan so it felt intrusive. When we arrived, the house was NOT as it looks in these pictures. There were two cockroaches by the kitchen, fitted sheets loosely thrown over the couches, bedrooms with junk randomly placed, and it looked like a 3-year old made the beds. Wade promised a refund, but NEVER did. We got a hotel and it was worth every penny. This place is not fit for rental. I’d post pics if it let me.……

“It's a cute house. The living room furniture is terrible. Very uncomfortable, and the toilet seats are cheap. I am handicapped and have a hard time getting on to the toilet. When I sat down the seat slipped sideways and broke. .”

“My husband and his buddy had a race in Spring Lake. We loved how close the house was and the amenities included. The hot tub was amazing and the game room was a great way to end the day. ”
