There was no breakfast served as well as the pool being empty due to maintenance. The website did not state that these amenities would not be available during our stay. The outlet by the bathroom sink did not work. The bathtub drain was filled with water and hair- we did not dare use the shower. The floor was dirty- my bare feet were black within a few minutes of not wearing socks.

The man that checked us in was very polite, when he was in the office. I tried to call them multiple times before our trip to discuss that we needed two downstairs rooms, but they never answered. Then, it took several minutes of waiting for him to be in the office to check in. The tv was wonky on one of our rooms and the keys to our rooms stopped working that night of our stay. And when we checked out, again, he was not at the desk. We waited several minutes for him to come to the desk to give us our deposits. Again, he was very polite.

The room seemed to be upgraded yet the accoutrements were for one night vs. the two I paid for, and this hotel does not provide room service or tissue. The next day I had asked for coffee, and it literally took an hour for them to bring it up. Also, the conditioner I used was almost empty (not new). The shower was not extremely clean, perhaps wiped out vs. a deep clean!? I wanted to take a bath and relax and was unable to do that. As I was putting my shoes on the next day I noticed something black on the bottom of my feet before putting my socks on. While sitting I looked at both of my feet they were extremely dirty on the bottom... then I started looked at the flooring and noticed that you could not tell however, it was very dirty; things like the light switch, the push button on the coffee... nothing was clean to remove debri, even the mirror had large smudging on it. The room furniture was new, and the bedding was very clean!

I originally made reservations for La Quinta. This property was being renovated to Day’s Inn so that was confusing. The fridge didn’t work so our food went bad. The shower faucet handle came off and the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder and there was mold in the grout. Several outlets didn’t work and the AC was fickle. Breakfast was “canceled” due the renovations. The only redeeming quality was that we had good sleep.

The property is used for trafficking or so what appeared to be happening on the lower level. We booked thinking there was a pool but it was full of nasty garbage and debris. The room was clean but our sink clogged and overflowed and we spent part of our day waiting for the maintenance man to leave our room so we could continue with our vacation.

This hotel advertised a pool hot tub and breakfast. At check-in was informed no breakfast no pool and no hot tub. Also the room smelled like cigarette smoke when we went to the front desk to see about a different room was told there was none available. They said they could come and spray some freshener I told them OK but they never showed up when I called 2 1/2 hours later they hung up on me

It's not what it used to be. It's under new ownership. Being remodeled. The rooms were pretty empty. The light switch was to nowhere. When you flipped it. There was no lighting to come on or off. There were gnats or fruit flies in the room. I was constantly killing them. And it was so noisy outside of the room from other guests. I asked about the breakfast. Management said they had their permit pulled. And could only serve coffee, orange juice and prepackaged muffin. So no breakfast anymore. He said with all of the upgrades and remodeling they probably will become a Days inn soon. I will not be returning.

Staff was great but unfortunately on the Expedia site there was no notice stating that the hotel was under renovation so we didnt get our King bed, use of a pool or a full breakfast.

The pool was closed for “remodeling” but there is a lot of stuff outside and no workers not sure how that is. But we had picked the hotel specifically for the pool. Wouldn’t recommend the cleanliness either fridge had mold and the shower had hair on the walls of the shower. It’s a little more pricey at this hotel and not worth it.

The room was very nice. However the exterior was messy as the hotel is under renovation. There was paint drips on the room door. The yard under the stairs was grass and smelled of dog poop and pee. There was one pile of dog poop on the lawn. We were also told there was a smart TV. We couldn’t get Netflix to work. We had someone come to the room and told us Netflix didn’t work there. We called ahead to confirm what time breakfast was being served. The desk clerk said it was between 6 and 9 am. We showed up for breakfast and was only then told breakfast was suspended due to the renovation.
