The property was under construction. The pool, right outside our door was fenced in and covered in plastic with water and trash, that has been there for a while.(Picture mosquitos). There should be information about the statis of the hotel with no pool access.

The room was a disaster. The sheets had stains and hair in them. The shower bottom has a huge stain. The chair in the room was very worn and dirty. Did late check in after midnight. Ended up sleeping in my clothes and got out at 7:30 am. Did not trust the cleanliness of the place, so even skipped the free breakfast. Will not stay in a LaQuinta again.

The young lady that checked us in was very very nice. Our room was just freshly remodeled and quiet. We brought our small dog and they have several areas to walk him with poop bags and easy access trash. We will stay here again

To be fair, they are under renovations so it was quite messy outside with trucks e.t.c, pool was not accessible. My room was clean, but dark, bathroom main light was out, turned on a/c and the unit was so loud and squeaking i had to turn it off, thank goodness i travel with my own fan. But overall it was a nice room with a little hiccup. Lol

The pictures are not what the rooms really look like and there is no continental breakfast like in the pictures. They only had apples that were wrinkly with bruises and one kind of muffin that was hard. The sheets and covers had stains on all beds and the fridge was leaking water inside and on the floor. There was trash everywhere outside on the sidewalks to the rooms and inside the rooms had stains on the walls with drips going down the wall. We went and told the front desk guy about the sheets, fridge leak and dirty walls and he said they couldn’t get the stains out of the sheets and handed me sheets that were clean with more stains on them. Then he went to the room to look at the fridge and all he did was say I can clean it myself. He was so hard to understand because he didn’t speak English well. We canceled our other night to get out of there because of how gross it was. The front desk guy didn’t ask if we would want a different room or help with anything. I guess there weren’t any cleaner rooms. We are not going back! I wish I could add pictures we took to help others see what it really looks like.

My son and his family were to stay 3 nights and my husband were staying 1 night. My son arrived at 2:00am. They called us at 6:00am. The room was disguising! The children (1 and 2 years old. They walk from one end of the room to the other side. Their feet were black! The bed and pillow were yellow and dirty! The bathroom was worse. We had to move hotels is was so bad. After losing our money I couldn’t get my son and his family out of there. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I booked 3 nights for my son and his family and 1 night for my husband and I. My son and family drive 8 hours to arrive only to find the room absolutely disgusting! The room floor was filthy. My 1 and 2 year old grandchildren had black bottom feet the floor was filthy! The bed pillows and sheets were yellow. My son would not let me come. They were on the phone with us at 6:00am telling us not to stay there. I immediately booked a different and fantastic other hotel. Lost my money for the booking considering my family stayed less that 6 hours! Do not stay here!

The rooms where newly renovated and clean but the outside was dirty, dog poo, trash and vomit on the walking areas the entiry of our stay. There was no Continental breakfast just a box of muffins and a coffee machine and juice due to renovation and pool was unavailable.

Did not have much of a choice so went with this hotel, it was one of the affordable hotels in the area but it looked and felt more like a motel. The rug in lobby and room looked so dirty, the room smelled like smoke, dirty floor corners, feels outdated.

This hotel, like many La Quinta and Days Inn are going through major renovations. This location is one of them. Because of this, they were told they could not serve full breakfast as before. He told us they offered coffee, OJ, muffins and fruit. We did not see it. The unit is large and do not have elevators and will not once the renovations are made. It is located by a USPS center so there were lots of trucks. We were there on weekend so did not get bothered by them. They are located by the Reno airport but we did not hear any air traffic. The room we had was renovated so had nice floors and bathroom. They need: hangers, more chairs, dressers, luggage rack, hand grips in shower. We had most of our things on the floor. They had cubbies in the night stand but that was not not enough to store our clothes. Again more tables / chairs would have been nice. This is not a place for seniors if they cannot be guaranteed a first floor. Near Costco, airport and casinos. Ev en though this was a decent place to stay, don’t think we would if not guaranteed a first floor. The front desk guy was very kind

There was a used soap in the shower. The floor of the bath tub was about ready to fall through the floor. They hadn’t cleaned the table and there were drink rings on the table that were easily wiped up. Other than this, most every corner was not cleaned.

The exterior was very unattractive. We were in an inside facing room and the walkways were dirty and noisy. It looked like a New York tenement building. The bed linens were stained and the main ceiling light was not working. The telephone was not connected. It took me about 20 minutes to check in with a line of people waiting to check in that went all the way to the entrance door. The advertisement for the motel said free breakfast but there was no breakfast supposedly because of the remodel but there was no remodelling.
