There is too much smoke on the first floor, it is very easy to get lost from the lobby to the parking lot, there is no obvious sign, the elevator button does not work well, at 2:45 in the morning, another customer's dog scratched the door, and called the customer service to complain, she actually told me "ok" and then hung up the phone, and waited for 20 minutes without security to deal with the problem, and then called again to complain. …Will never try here anymore！

Really great place, the room was so spacious, beautiful area! The bathroom shower walls were a little dirty but nothing super serious! The walls to connecting rooms are a little thin so you can hear most conversations but nothing too intense. Overall great place and would stay again!

Shower water was super slow to drain so you stood in about 3 inches of water. They didn’t clean our room during our three night stay so on second had to call for towels. Took two phone calls to have them brought up

No prior notice that they were closing the one amenity that my family was looking forward to —the pool — over an hour earlier than advertised. Since we were only there for one night, we asked if we could stay and swim after check out the next day —No, they would not allow that. So basically I spent over $70 on amenity/resort fees not to be able to use them. They also wouldn’t guarantee adjoining rooms (asked for well in advance) without a $20 charge PER ROOM. So basically I paid $150 more than what I’d already paid on Expedia (which they weren’t even the cheapest rooms or anything) to have a crappy experience. The only thing that redeemed it was their fireworks display and the fact that we ran into some friends unexpectedly. Also they refuse to let you check out their luggage carts so when we naively gave them our stuff at check in (~7pm) we didn’t get our stuff until around 7:45 so our kids could change into their swimsuits for the pool, at which point we phoned the front desk to see where we would find pool towels only to be told don’t bother because it’s closing at 8. No apology. No notice at check in or sign anywhere. We dealt with the same luggage cart issue at check out, and had to wait around until almost noon to receive the cart after rushing to get our things ready by 11am checkout, although the front desk did agree to “waive the late checkout fee”. How thoughtful of them not to charge us for fiddling our thumbs in our room waiting for a freaking luggage cart.

Upon checking in, we were told that a separate resort fee in addition to the reservation but separate from the room and taxes will be charged to the tune of $53. Deceptive to say the least.
