1 Only one (hand towel size) rack but NO bath towel rack 2 Bathroom floor wasn't clean 3 Shower Knob came completely off on day 3 just as my husband went to get in shower. He called front desk at around 2:30 in hopes when we came back it would be repaired. We had to leave and go to event without a shower. "Very upsetting" When we came back late that evening the handle had not been touched PERIOD. So next day still no shower which additionally made for restless sleep for both of us. And next day still no shower. 4 We went down to the pool first night. The pool was warm, not refreshing. The hot tub was same temp as pool. When we booked at the hotel that was one thing we specifically looked for and why we booked there. "Very Disappointed". 5 When my husband went to pay for the valet he couldn’t find where to tap to pay. He asked the clerk at the counter to assist him and the clerk added a tip that my husband did not authorize. 6The air didn't seem to be able to provide proper circulation. When you were in the bathroom even with the door open there was no air. Bottom Line, We were both disappointed. We knew what we wanted, needed and expected and was willing to pay for it. Not pleased at all to pay for it and not get it. We came to relax and refresh. Of which we really didn't get.
