The room was spacious, the staff was nice, and the bed was comfortable however not a place I would stay again. The pool was not available and there was a lot of sketchy people around the hotel and heading into the casino.

The woman who checked us in was AMAZING. She truly was a joy. Your property is so SO unsafe! I have stayed at every motel 6 in Reno. And never seen what I seen in your parking lot. Between the insane lack of safe parking due to everything being poorly lit if at all in some places! There are people all over that parking lot who make it 1,000 times worse. If I had the funds and it was so late when I pulled in and realized, I’d have gone ANYWHERE else and ate the fee. I travel for business alone. So safety is critical and this time I had my daughter. The lack of security at your hotel is deplorable.

Limited disabled parking, and even what was available was used by people taking up multiple spaces for 1 vehicle. Made it hard and inconvenient and a disabled person. Also the outside atmosphere made it feel unsafe. The air conditioning did not work so our room was disgustingly hot. Naturally the windows dont open but it was horrible. The room upon entry stunk of sweat,mold, and marijuana. The hotel staff at the counter were very friendly, even when it was busy or other customers were causing a scene. The maid staff never came to clean our room. So we did not get fresh towels, toilet paper or have garbage removed. And garbage in an already hot and smelly room was not pleasant.

Adjacent to a Casino where outside a bunch of people who actually scared me. They were extremely unkempt and I was concerned not only for my safety, but the security of my car as well. There was a lot of scattered broken glass shards on the ground.

The place is dated and I can handle that for the price and the fact that we had our dog with us which they accommodated. What was so disappointing is the fact that almost all of the amenities listed on their website were broken or no longer exist. That's not even to mention the part of town this place is in is far from a decent part of town. I wouldn't let my wife take the dog out at night to use the bathroom. One of the times I took the dog out in the middle of the day there was someone on property shooting up drugs right in front of everyone. The pictures on the website are outdated as well. The 24 hour diner on site does not exist, there is a diner in the casino that was advertised in the hotel as open from 7 am - 11 pm every day but when I went to get food one of the first nights at 9 pm they were already shutting down. The bar in the online pictures does not exist and apparently there was a bar somewhere in the casino but I didn't bother looking for it after everything else. There is also a restaurant on site except it is permanently closed as well apparently and the pool was closed as well. There was no ice machine on our floor so we had to go to another floor for ice. We were missing the TV remote when we got in the room which was remedied with a call to the front desk. You can see from my pictures the room was a little worse for wear. Wouldn't return here unless I simply had no other choice, but the staff was nice

Hotel employees, particularly the manager Mi*a, were extremely rude. They refused to check in at 10:30 p.m. because my wife didn’t have a physical ID card. They also refused to accept a soft copy of the ID, even though we had promised to bring the hard copy the next day, as one of my friends was coming. This was not mentioned anywhere in the booking process. As a result, we had to find a hotel to stay at during a long weekend. It was a terrible experience.

They have a casino attached to that and it has a very un CD people that just hang around the whole front door area. Also, their carpet was not very clean. There was gobs of hair no cups in the room low water pressure. The shower handles leaked the toilet didn’t work properly place is good candidate for an update, but you already know that.

Very run down property in dire need of an overhaul from parking lot to the cuck-chairs in the rooms! Attached casino was full of homeless and drugged out zombies! DID NOT FEEL SAFE HERE IN THE DAY OR AT NIGHT! Parking lot full of broken glass and garbage just lying everywhere obviously left there by the homeless in this area... We will not be returning here ever again! Wish i could sorta get a refund... but seeing we all made it out of their alive just might be enough...

The registration took a while when we checked in as there are lines of people checking in. The property was not kept clean. there were trash in one place as we left the hotel lobyy.
