when checking in I was given a cheap lower room , was told because I booked with expedia the hotel could not prove I paid for a better room. I was told we couldn"t even get rooms on the same floor, much less the adjoining rooms I booked and paid for 2 months ago. after one might of hell , the room sounded like the elevator was going right through it. I demanded to move
monday , either I could have a refund of !1 night out of the 4 I paid for, finally I wAS GIVEN THE ROOMS i PAID FOR, NOON on monday, so a day and a half wasted... the room was nice after I finally got it. but because I booked through Expedia and not directly with Silver legacy, I was treated very bad, I will be afraid to book through Expedia again!
