Welcome to our beautifully designed and fully renovated 2-bedroom unit, perfect for you and your loved ones to enjoy! In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, you'll find a dedicated workspace for your convenience.
After a long day, unwind on our spacious patio or make use of the fully-stocked kitchen, complete with everything from baking pans to blenders. And don't forget, we've got your bathroom essentials covered too.
Guest Access:
You can park in front of the sign labeled "RESERVED PARKING," which is parallel to the street on the right side of the building. Please utilize the first two parking spaces on the right side.
Accessing the property is simple: Open the fence on the right and proceed to the patio, located on the right side of the building. We kindly request that you refrain from parking at the rear of the property, as no designated parking is available there.
To enter the property, use the code provided to you via the app. This code will provide access to both the front door and the door in the alley. Just tap the keypad, input the code, and press the checkmark button for entry.

Getting around is easy from our Bell Street home! You'll find yourself conveniently located near public transportation options. While specific bus routes and schedules vary, the RTC (Regional Transportation Commission) provides comprehensive services throughout Reno. For those arriving by air, the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is just a short drive away. Taxi and ride-sharing services are readily available for quick trips. If you prefer driving, free street parking is available in front of the property, using the first two spaces on the right side. Major transit hubs and attractions like Downtown and the Riverwalk are within walking distance, letting you explore the city with ease.

Please be aware that cats are not permitted on the property. Also, note that the courtyard gates do not fully close.
