“Beautiful property. Very private and lots of land with great view. Loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the surroundings. It’s a great place for stargazing. Added bonus: The beds are really comfortable with high quality pillows.”

“The place is great. Clean, modern, with great amenities inside and outside. The beds were comfortable and the place has a huge yard, a fire pit, a nice deck, and an easy path to the water. Emporium is charming and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. I'll stay again if my work or life brings me back.”

“Wonderful property. Home is stocked with everything you can need. Great location. The yard is huge!! Hot tub was great to enjoy after the long hikes and biking at the PA Grand Canyon. It was nice to have campfires in the evening. My family had a great time. Definitely recommend this property!”

“We had a wonderful time during our stay! The Octagon was clean and spacious! This was the perfect home to relax and unwind! We enjoyed the game room. We had great star viewing each night on the deck. The large fire pit was perfect for s’mores! We enjoyed exploring the land; checking out the creek, trails, and pond area. Joe was very responsive with any questions we had leading up to our stay. Just a couple notes and why we didn’t give 5 stars- the rooms were a little less private due to gaps……

“This was a last minute, few day getaway with our teens before the school year gets off and running. It was perfect… starting with easy and prompt initial communication to all of the very thoughtful and intentional amenities provided! The location was wonderfully remote and private with the convenience of the general store for items forgotten, lunch and ice cream. Being so near the rail trail and good fishing in the Big Pine creek provided something for all of us. Thank you and we hope to……

“This was the perfect 2 night / 3 day stay we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. Next time we we have to add a day. Loved the decor! Has all the essentials of home without noisy neighbors. Set by itself and perfect for quiet evening camp fires. Very close to town with a cool 3 story antique shop. “15 members of our family stayed at Rich Valley Estate from August 9-15 2025.Check in couldn't have been easier. What a fabulous home, plenty of room(s) to sleep, gather or separate yourself to read, take a nap, watch TV or get some work in. The property is beautiful, we explored it on foot and with 4 wheelers. The swimming hole is a beautiful spot, but our kids preferred a pool which we discovered at Sizerville State Park - just a few minutes away. At night we had fires in the fire pit, showed……
