“This cabin was just as advertised, and perfect for our family. We were looking for some winter isolation, and found it at the Outpost. The fireplace was great, the arrangement was perfect for family games in front of the fire or at the table, the kitchen had what we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very responsive to a few questions we had, and we enjoyed saying hello to their two very friendly dogs who stopped by. We would stay there again, summer or winter.”

“Just as described..quaint, charming historic tavern/restaurant along National road. We arrived in time to catch a last serving on a Sunday evening. Food was delicious—Service was terrific! Our check in could not be smoother-used electronic—and hostess was as welcoming as can be ! The floor plan was unique yet easy to follow—the complimentary cafe/bistro hallway was ideal for hot/cold soft beverages andnicely supplied quick b’fast to go in the am. “My family and I really enjoyed staying at this well-appointed house. It looked really new and it was very clean. The living areas were spacious with lots of comfortable seating for the 5 of us. The kitchen was big enough so that we could cook together. The front porch was a wonderful place to hang out and watch the sun set. The foosball table in the basement was a big hit. Cute shops within walking distance. Private drive to walk your dog and no other houses nearby made for a peaceful……

“Four couples getaway. Cooked meals. Played games. Went for hiking and sightseeing especially to Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob. Also visited the winerydistillery nearby. Location was superb. The owners of Kalli-Ru thought of every detail. Great for all ages -there are games, air hockey table, long bar table, many sofas, fireplaces, big yard, grill, fire pit, hot tub, etc. And big kitchen for gatherings and prepping meals. The place is also wheelchair accessible -that was a detail I noticed and……

“My family loved the history and charm of Victorian Orchard. We we so pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for the holidays complete with a decorated tree and Christmas music playing! We even had a white Christmas as it snowed the first few days we were there. We had plenty of room for all the family who planned to stay. We hiked, visited Ft. Necessity and Braddocks grave, Kentuck Knob, Cucumber Falls and other beautiful vistas in Ohiopyle. Was a perfect Christmas! ”
