Villa Gaia Modern is a brand-new house built in 2018. The villa is suitable both for families and groups of people who want to have unforgettable vacations in Crete. It is situated in a quiet area in the village Skouloufia, 18km away from Rethymno. The villa is built in two floors layout. It has two yards, a barbecue area and a private parking.
