“We really enjoyed the rental we were in town for our sons graduation from Fayetteville University. The home was really nice and loved the outside sitting area we had dinner out there one night. I would recommend this property. The only thing is if i stayed again i would love to get the access code to enter the property before check in time. Other than that awesome rental ”

“The keyless process was broken. I had to wait 30 minutes for the key. The woman who brought the key had instructions to stay in the house with us. I was shocked since I rented the entire house for my family. The woman sat in the kitchen as if she were part of the stay and the family. The house was not 100 percent clean and had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning upstairs didn't work. The experience was very unpleasant since we couldn't attend the graduation due to the key delay and the……

“Courtney and John, from start to finish, were AMAZING! From booking to check out, everything went seamlessly. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. John and Courtney were able to accommodate an earlier check in for us which was wonderful. The hot tub was relaxing and very easy to use! “Our visit was nice! Neighborhood seemed quiet however got woke up two mornings to neighbors arguing. Bring your own pillows. Overall we enjoyed our stay ”

“The host, Wade, was pushy as to when we’d arrive and demanded to know. We didn’t have a plan so it felt intrusive. When we arrived, the house was NOT as it looks in these pictures. There were two cockroaches by the kitchen, fitted sheets loosely thrown over the couches, bedrooms with junk randomly placed, and it looked like a 3-year old made the beds. Wade promised a refund, but NEVER did. We got a hotel and it was worth every penny. This place is not fit for rental. I’d post pics if it let me.……

“We were there for a work trip. The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, and quiet neighborhood. There was an issue with the washing machine. They were not able to fix it before our departure but the host was prompt with communications and did what they could to take care of the issue. We would definitely stay there again.”
