For flights arriving in the early a.m. this is rather inconvenient… no staff at the registration desk, only 2 chairs to sit and wait, and the ‘storage closet’ where you could place luggage til check-in was not supervised. Our room had the bathroom on one level with 2 steps down to where the beds were… this might prove dangerous to someone with small children or adults with mobility problems. The bathroom had nowhere to place your clothes , except on the toilet seat while you showered. On the positive, the bed was very comfortable.

Location was excellent. Unfortunately we lost power in our unit on the first night and could not find anyone to help. Next time I will make sure the facility as on-site management before I consider booking the location. Happened again the second day in the late afternoon when they had people on site to address the problem.

The dining service and food was excellent. Our room didn't have hand towels or tissues and the bathroom lacks a vanity. The floor also creaked when we walked on it. That gets noisy when someone gets up during the night.

I take ownership of this… I didn’t realize this was a self check-in property. A door code was emailed the day prior. We got the code wrong the first few times as it was hard to see the numbers. We were not the only ones who struggled. Woke up in the middle of the night to hear our neighbors get locked out of their room. The location was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The window latch was broken. The shower unit was so tiny that the shower curtain inevitably touches you when you shower. Overall, not somewhere I’d want to stay again.

This hotel is like a bad joke. They advertise shuttle service, but it is not available. No breakfast, however, to be fair, the restaurant, which is open from 5 pm, is good. They are supposed to provide code for the room to get to the hotel, but they didn't. You need to wait by the door until somebody comes, and then call the number in the hotel lobby to get the code to the room. All of this is for 240 dollars a night. The hotel lobby and rooms remind me of American horror movies, with no lights, unattended reception, etc. Overall, a bad experience for a ridiculous price.

Nur Zimmer gebucht. Angeschlossenes Restaurant nur abends geöffnet. Sehr gutes Essen aber teuer. Gegend im Industriegebiet. Durch den Eind war es im Zimmer recht laut. Das lag aber ja an den Witterungsverhältnissen, nicht am Hotel. Insgesamt ein nettes kleines Hotel.
