The reception didn't provide the information on how to get to the hotel from the airport, except saying Bus 55 with the bus' schedule attached.It turned out that there were many stops inbetween, and the driver had no clue on where to let us go, and the hotel was far away from the stop and not visible at all, and the name of the bus stop was not pronounsable. Instead the reception could have told us to please get off the bus at a particular stop and provide the name of this stop to us. And then give us further instructions on where to walk, which direction to take, and how to get to the hotel since the front facade was under construction and the big canvas to the left announcing "to go around" was ripped. This laid back attitude of the reception was not good. The room had no fridge. And two tea bags only for two adults from 4 pm till midnight was something unheard of before.
Good were hotel's hall on the ground floor, the mattresses, the breakfast and the hotel shuttle.
