Rooms are very small and loud due to bars etc nearby. No working TV. Decor very outdated and room in need of updating. Saying this, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, reception staff are super friendly and helpful. A nice touch was the macaroons and chocolate in the room when we arrived. Unfortunately the spa wasn’t working but the reception staff organised for us to use another hotel’s spa. Location is amazing right in the of the shopping area and rainbow road, easy to each bus stops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this gem of a hotel.

Great feeling. Room was cool. Included breakfast with a good selection of healthy options and eggs and bacon. Bar downstairs and the atmosphere was cool. It’s also located next to the major street which is great for walking. The only complaint was my girlfriend thought the body lotion smelt like pickles. lol.

First of all it was a super cute boutique style hotel with really cool interior. Nordic/Rustic with very warm lighting and comfy lounge area. The staff was top tier! Bora did an amazing job accommodating us and giving us tips on places to eat and things to see. The breakfast was really good with a variety of things to enjoy. I will definitely come back real soon! I got engaged in Iceland!!!
