“We checked in the night before our so. Graduated from Purdue. We chose Monticello because it was about 1/2 the price as the Lafayette hotels for graduation. It was a 35 minute drive to the school through rural country roads. A peaceful commute. Upon checking in Gina who was working the front desk realized I had booked the wrong room for our family and she worked her magic and got us into a more appropriate room. “Kim is wonderful and helpful! This is a no frills motel. If you want a cheap clean room, a basic place to sleep (bring your own pillow if you are picky about pillows), shower (water gets HOT, pressure is fairly good; bring your own towels if you use/want big towels and/or plush/soft/new ones), and do not need any amenities (no chair for desk in room with two beds, no hair dryer, no hangers) this is the place to stay. Can't beat the price. Stayed two nights last week and am typing this in my room……
