Check-in with Pam was easy as can be and a couple of accommodation requests that we had (a bucket of ise for champagne, and a couple decks of cards) were promptly delivered tom our room by Dallas. Our room was neat, warm, and cozy. Exactly what we needed on a late January trip. “Great staff. Excellent communication. Room very nice. Clean. Spacious. New remodel. Modern farmhouse decor feel. The single issue I had was the loud heating system right next to my bed in my room. I got very little sleep and it put a big dent in my otherwise lovely stay. I had adjoining rooms with my son and grandkids, and it did not bother my son at all. Same sound in his room. He said it “lulled” him to sleep. Not me. LOL. So if you need quiet in order to sleep, maybe ask about a quieter……
