The hotel qas average on cleanliness and our room was average, bathroom floor had lota of hair and some type of dried liquid, top sheets on the 1 bed were not clean but the most important thing that ruined our experience there was the front desk clerk was very rude, there is no elevator and my mother has bad knees so i asked if we cld be on the lower level as he threw the clip board on the desk w a response does it look like we have rrok.to move u?? Just rude!!

I had booked the hotel room for two nights and only stayed one due to the poor conditions. I was not told ahead of time that this hotel does not have an elevator. I'm 73 and have arthritis in my knees and ankles. I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs, which is dangerous for me. I was told the hotel was totally book and they could not put me in a room on the first floor. I was not offered any help with my luggage. When I walked into the room, something sticky had been spilled on the floor by the sink. There was no bar soap or shampoo on the sink counter. I had brought wipes with me and cleaned up the floor immediately so I would not accidently fall. After I wiped up the floor I attempted to wash my hands, that is when I discovered the drain in the sink was clogged. I returned to the front desk and was given a bar of soap & shampoo. I had mentioned to the person at the front desk that they should informed people there is no elevator. He just smiled and said they were putting in one next year. I also mentioned the clogged drain, no response. The people next door to me were very loud just about all night, around 4 am they got quiet. The next morning I went to the front desk to check out because I could not take another night staying there and waited about 20 minutes and no one showed up, so I left the keys in the return key holder on the counter. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. This stay was a waist of money for me.

Clean and updated room, lobby, pool area and breakfast area. The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. Bed was comfortable. We honestly, didnt have any issues here.

After having had some disappointing stays at Days Inns in the past, I was a bit hesitant to try it but the reviews were good. I was pleasntly surprised and especially impressed with the cleanliness.

Beds were comfortable and over all the stay was good. Unfortunately we were in room 145 and room 144 not a guest room I’m guessing was noisy until after 10pm then started slamming what sounded like cabinets and washer doors at 4am. The room doors also shifted every time other doors were opened and slammed.

My room was directly across from ice machine and it was very loud at all hours. There was not much noise cancelling and I could hear doors slamming up and down the hall. The room appeared clean, but smelled terrible.
