“Nice long weekend getaway. The house was comfortable and clean. It was a good location—2 min drive to East Matunuck Beach and close enough to Route 1 to get to Wakefield and Narragansett easily. ”

“The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Great place to say … three bedrooms….slept six perfectly… walked to Narragansett town beach very easy walk literally 0.7 miles…drive and parked due to chairs/umbrellas etc…clean…. Large dining table for eating or to play games… air conditioners in all rooms kept place nice and cold which is sooo valuable! Great communication with owners with my questions. Would definitely recommend!!”

“We had a fantastic stay at "The Wakefield". Our extended family of 15 people from ages of 18 to 90 and two small dogs had a fabulous time. The location was fantastic. It is within a couple blocks of downtown Wakefield with its cute shops, art studios, WWII museum and Brinkley's ice cream and it is just a half-hour to Newport for fun day excursions, and within 10 minutes to some wonderful RI Beaches. “Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process.
