“Over the years we have rented many vacation homes, and this is easily the nicest, best located apartment we've found! Right in the heart of Old Town Annecy, we could walk to everything we wanted (e.g., fresh pastries, ice cream, shops, and restaurants). And the in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and three bedrooms made a week-long stay for our group of 5 was very comfortable. “We were really happy with the stay at Sylvie’s Chalet in Les Praz. An easy walk to the gondola to access La Flégère ski area, and only a short drive to Argentiere and the Grands Montets. The chalet was two stories with two bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor had a nice kitchen, dining area, and living room area, plus an amazing deck with unobstructed views on Mont Blanc and Les Drus.Sylvie was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend……

“Le chalet est très adapté pour 14 personnes avec une chambre pour 2 et 3 et ses nombreuses salles de bains.On a été très bien accueilli par Matthieu qui nous a expliqué le village et les bons plans à savoir.”

“Le chalet au pied du massif du Mont Blanc est magnifiquement situé. L'établissement est très bien entretenu et l'équipement répond très bien aux exigences. Communication fiable et rapide avec le propriétaire. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment impressionnant !”

“Location très spacieuce même pour 9 personnes, ça change des autres locations de chalets où l'on est les uns sur les autres. Très bien équipé dans l'ensemble et le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Niveau localisation l'accès aux 2 alpes est très rapide via le télécabine Venosc, le village et lui aussi très accessible. Le seul bémol est l'isolation sonore des pièces qui est inexistante.”

“Un super séjour : le chalet etait parfait pour nous 3. Il est situé au calme avec une très grande prairie devant (aucune route) donc parfait pour le enfants. Le chalet est propre, et bien aménagé. La ville de Morzine et ses environs sont très jolis également avec plein d'activités pour les plus jeunes.”
