"We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. "Beautiful cottage with a toasty fireplace perfect for the winter months. Great location within walking distance to Richmond Bridge and the main street for cafes and shopping. Johnnie was great with the instructions for arrival and easy to contact. Highly recommend!"
