The house was renovated in 2014. General: free internet access, parking, bicycle shelter and possibility to wash them.
Studio with sofa bed 160x190.
Use of kitchen, equipped, oven.
For meals table 80 x 80. Outdoor area with table for two, suitable for smokers.
BATHROOM: 1 bathroom, toilet, shower 90 x 70, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer.
Two single beds, wagon style.
Entertainment: satellite TV, radio, DVD player.
Linen on request, sheets and towels (5 euros per person).
Air conditioning is not present because it refreshes a lot in the evening (height 250 m above sea level).
Prices are intended for 2 people. Children up to 2 years free.
Cleaning is included in the price. Contribution 10 euros per week in the presence of animals.
Heating with electric radiator (750 W + 1250 W - 15-20 m2).
The bathroom benefits from the heat of the fireplace on the ground floor apartment.
There is a cost for the consumption of electricity of 0.34 cents per kwatt / h, for holidays longer than 3 days.
The accommodation can accommodate 4 people.
Eligibility: children allowed. Smoking area outside. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Small pets are welcome and welcome. Jeannie lives in the house, a 5-year-old (sterilized) nice and sociable dog, various neighborhood cats and often free hens.
It is not possible to smoke inside, but comfortably on the outside terrace.
The garden is private, not usable. The area is very quiet and enjoys a unique peace, respect for these qualities is welcome.

Coin de paradis, un peu en retrait de la côte mais qui permet de rejoindre facilement les spots de grimpe et de VTT. Super accueil par Patrizia qui est très arrangeante et nous a donné plein de conseils ! L'appartement est très bien pour un couple, pour une famille de quatre ce serait un peu petit. Sinon l'appart tout est très propre et agréable.

Sehr ruhige, entspannte Tage!

Wir verbrachten 10 sehr entspannte Tage in der liebevoll ausgestatteten Wohnung, in traumhaft ruhiger Lage. Patrizia ist eine sehr freundliche, zugewandte Gastgeberin, gibt Tipps für Unternehmungen, behebt Probleme - heißes Wasser- sofort. Würde ich sofort weiter empfehlen!

Abbiamo il piacere di trascorrere una piacevole vacanza presso la casa di Patrizia a Rialto e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti dell'esperienza. L'atmosfera immersa nel verde è stata davvero rigenerante e rilassante. Sin dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, Patrizia si è dimostrata estremamente gentile e accogliente, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Un punto di forza notevole della casa di Patrizia è la sua posizione ideale per motociclisti e biker. La possibilità di esplorare le splendide strade panoramiche circostanti è stato un vero piacere per noi appassionati delle due ruote. Inoltre, la vicinanza a luoghi come le grotte di Borgio Verizzi e le cascate delle Libellule blu ha aggiunto ulteriore valore al nostro soggiorno, permettendoci di esplorare diverse attrazioni durante la nostra permanenza. Un altro aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato è stata la comodità di raggiungere il mare, con Finale Ligure a soli 20 minuti di distanza. Questo ci ha dato l'opportunità di trascorrere del tempo sulla spiaggia e goderci anche il lato marino della zona. Desidero ringraziare Patrizia e la sua affettuosa cagnolina Jeannie per l'ospitalità calorosa e la cura che hanno dedicato al nostro soggiorno. Nel complesso, la casa di Patrizia a Rialto si è rivelata una scelta eccellente per una vacanza rilassante, avventurosa e indimenticabile.

Abgelegen in der Natur

Das Appartement ist sehr sauber gewesen. Patrizia ist eine sehr nette und unterhaltsame Frau. Wir haben es sehr genossen mit ihr zu sprechen. Kleine Anliegen könnten sofort geklärt werden. Das Herausfahren aus dem Hof kann schwierig werden - es ist sehr steil. Für Naturliebhaber schöne Unterkunft.

A place to escape your everyday life

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Patrizia's. The apartmet was just as described on the website and we really liked the decoration an furniture. It's not big, but very comfy and contains just everything you need. The small terrace was perfect for having our meals and we really enjoyed the silence and peacefulness, this locations offers. Patrizia is an absolutely nice person. Her English is very good, so there were no problems about communication. She had always a good idea to offer, about what you could do one day or another day. We also really enjoyed having normal conversations with her. Was our first stay here, but it will most surely not be our last! =)

Gemütliche, Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Grünen und es ist sehr ruhig. Patrizia, die ganz unten wohnt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich wenn man wenig rum fahren möchte ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Man braucht ca 15-20 min runter ans Meer nach Finale. Wem das nichts ausmacht ist hier super aufgehoben.

Idyllisch gelegenes Kleinod

Ich habe eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Patrizia verbracht. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, praktisch und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Patrizia mit ihrem kleinen und sehr lieben Hund Jeannie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich um alles kümmert. Sie spricht übrigens auch sehr gut Englisch. Wer dem Trubel von Finale Ligure entgehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Im Hinterland von Finale sehr ruhig gelegen, kann man von hier die legendären Mountainbike-Trails um NATO Base und DIN/Melogne ohne Shuttle erkunden, da es vom Haus weg einfache Zugangswege gibt. Auch zum Wandern ist die Lage perfekt. Ich kann Patrizias Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf einen erneuten Aufenthalt dort.

Una simpatica casetta nel bosco

Nel verde e nella tranquillità di Rialto vi accoglie un monolocale molto ben organizzato negli spazi ed arredato con gusto. La vista si apre sui versanti boschivi tutt'intorno. L'appartamento é fornito di tutte le dotazioni necessarie. All'ingresso é possibile trovare molto materiale informativo con cartine sul territorio circostante e le relative attività. Patrizia, la proprietaria, é molto disponibile nel fornire supporto e suggerimenti. In circa mezz'ora al massimo é possibile raggiungere con l'auto le vicine spiagge di Finale, Varigotti e Bergeggi. Decisamente consigliato alle persone contemplative.
