“After finding out that the hotel is not 3 miles (as announced) but 45 minutes away from Redondela we arrived at 5:00 PM and we whatsapp the number on the window. The woman was rude saying that she called us which is not true, I have an international number and there were no instructions in the hotel-com web page. She said that she shouldn't be waiting for us. “Emiliano was a wonderful Host! Walked us around the property so we knew how to operate the gate and where the laundry was. He even helped with our luggage! The location is a little bit out of town but SO WORTH IT! There’s a restaurant and grocery within walking distance. The apartment was clean, bright, and inviting. Everything we needed was there, including extra towels and a clothes rack on the balcony. Would absolutely go out of my way to stay again! Thanks Emiliano!”
