“We booked this not knowing anything about Idyllwild and it worked out great. Its a very close drive in to town and even has a trail passing the large property that you can walk into town on. We liked that is was open yet private to most neighboring cabins. Quaint inside cabin felt comfortable. The bathroom can get cold at night due to poor insulating windows but definitely not a major deal breaker for us. Would definately reccomend to others.”

“Perfect place for our stay. Our dogs had a grand adventure in the fenced backyard. Cabin was very cozy and clean. Owner provided a lot of great suggestions on the area and was very responsive. Can’t wait to go again. ”

“The Strawberry Corner property is such a gem. It is unabashedly sentimental with outdoor areas that bring it home - gazebo, hammock, lovely little areas to sit. The interior is fanciful and old fashioned, but it is a hundred year old house. A garage for your car, or to play ping pong and darts. “Property was better than advertised! The upstairs loft has a queen bed plus 4 twins. My kids loved this space. Our only snafu was the pilot light going out on the water heater, but the management company had someone out to fix it within 30 minutes. Less than 5 minutes to town but you feel a world away. “Place was nice, cozy, quiet, and had great views. Hot tub was great. Adrian helped us out when we had trouble with the heater and got the place nice and warm just in time for the snow, also supplied us with wood just in case which was much appreciated. Will visit again.”

“Charming vintage cabin with an over abundance of cabin decor- we counted 55 word/phrase signs /sayings on the walls, 28 bears, 16 squirrels, 8 moose/deer, 10 owls and 28 birds. There is a lot of personal stuff and not many places or surface area for their guests to use. BIG downside- only the primary bathroom shower works- the 2nd bathroom only has a tub with no shower. This was a big deal for us as the 2 full bathrooms was the main reason we rented this place. Communication was not great due to……

“The house has a beautiful view from the deck. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with plates and dishes and pots and pans. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable with good bedding. Jacuzzi was hot and running when we arrived and fit 4 people easily. Would really recommend to anyone staying in Idyllwild. ”

“This is a great little cabin - nicely furnished and equipped. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood, basically next door to the Idyllwild Nature Center, and is very private. The bird show on the back deck was great. Absolutely would stay again.”

“It was a lovely, spacious and quiet home. Great bedding and beds! Nice fireplace and open living room area. Appreciated having a bathtub and a barbecue. ”

“start with the positives. cabin had good amenities, was clean. Even though we brought some stuff, it had plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, extra blankets, coffee etc. The hot tub was clean worked well, and was the perfect way to end a day of hikes and shopping. Cabin was also in a good quiet neighborhood just far enough from the main center of town for some peace and quiet but super close.As for the negatives, I wish i could get at least a refund on my first night. We got to the area early……

Everything from the quality interior, the beautiful leaded windows, linen bedding and the organic cold pressed virgin olive oil available for cooking - was lovely. A lot of thought was put into creating this space and we fully appreciated the effort. Our host was generous and replied straight away to any questions. Thank you. We’ll be back! ”

“Rustic property in the beautiful Idylwide. Very quiet, clean, generous with towels, but advise you to bring hand soap! Was very cold as elevation is greater than 6,000 feet, but the owner generously provided heaters which worked very well. Very helpful and responsive, beautiful area!!”
