Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster plus pots, pans, and dishes. Bathroom includes a bathtub/shower and hair dryer for your convenience. Free wi-fi. Covered carport with patio table and chairs, plus bike rack. Lots of gravel parking. Quiet, safe neighborhood with mountain views near two city parks. Fenced, secluded yard with hose available for washing bikes/ATV's. One mile from Sevier Valley Center. Within a 2.5 hour drive of all 5 Utah National Parks. We enjoyed the location, quiet neighborhood and easy access. Keyless entry was very secure, safe and easy to use and manage. Communication with the property manager was excellent and they were quick to respond and very helpful. To extend our stay was a hassle but they were easy to work with and gave us no doubt that they would make it work and they did. We will definitely stay here again
