"The Plaza is a walk up hotel-no elevator, when we arrived, 6 of us for the weekend, the luggage cart was full! We had at least 3 of the young employees ask if they could help carry our things to our room, they were wonderful, very polite and friendly! We love the Plaza, it’s a beautiful old building ..."
