“This house was lovely! David was so incredibly nice and accommodating, even offering sleds to my boys so we could go sledding. We had such a great time and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The yard is fenced in for our dogs, too! ”

The property is well maintained and situated on a peninsula on a lake that is gorgeous even when completely frozen. As soon as we got through the door we could immediately relax. Wonderful fireplace, comfortable beds..we were happy with this choice. ”

“Garrett was very responsive and accommodating to certain requests. The house was perfect for the 7 of us and in a very quiet area. The drive to Stowe was about 50 mins due to closure of 108 for the winter. The hot tub was a great touch after a long day at the mountain. The house was supplied with everything we needed. Would recommend for a ski weekend!”

“Excellent property for a family getaway. It is right by the river which makes it unique. Big enough to accommodate a bigger family or multi-family vacation. The cottage is within walking distance to the local grocery store and several eateries. Also perfectly distanced to other VT spots like Stowe or Burlington...which was about 1 hour driving to each.. Kids loved a day at the Pumphouse Waterpark which was 15 mins away. Overall, perfect location, amenities and environment to take in Vermont's……

“Had a wonderful stay at this property! We booked this somewhat last minute (~3 weeks before our trip) because it was close to Jay Peak and had enough privacy for 3 couples. We were really happy with how clean and modern the space was, and how well stocked the kitchen was in terms of appliances/equipment. Owners were very communicative and the whole process from checking in to checking out was smooth. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“Was looking for a place to house 9 guys. Bedrooms and double kitchens made this the destination spot to ski Stowe and Jay Peak for the weekend. The extra large common area and two dining room tables made this the perfect social area after a day of skiing. Kitchens fully furnished supported breakfast and dinner every night. Two refrigerators allowed a single supermarket trip to carry us 5 days. Will return when skiing in the area,”

“Close to Jay Peak & restaurants on Newport’s Main St but laid out awkwardly. Bathroom is huge but living room is cramped. I was a little worried that we would be cold since it didn’t look well insulated, but the heat was good & strong & it didn’t take long to warm up. Owner likes fish & angels, which dominate the decor. ”

“We stayed here around Christmas time. We were skiing nearby. Location was great. With the snow the cabin was great for views. There were some issues with the internet/tv working for the first few days- but was addressed. There was a little issue with the shower downstairs leaking- we sent a video the first day but little could be done. Little issues ”
