We ended up leaving this hotel early due to concerns about the surrounding area. While we understood the reservation was non-refundable, we believe the circumstances warranted some flexibility, as we did not feel safe staying for the full duration of our booking.
Members of our team observed activity outside the property that made them uncomfortable, including individuals loitering near the entrance late at night. We also had concerns about the safety of leaving our rental vehicle in the parking lot overnight.
While the hotel itself may be suitable for some travelers, we felt the environment was not appropriate for a business stay and ultimately chose to relocate. A more secure atmosphere would have made a significant difference.
