Summary:
Located in Richmond's charming and historic Sauer's Gardens! Just blocks from the Scott's addition and next door to
Museum district. A modern private guest house with a queen-size bed and a comfy couch.1 bath with a spacious shower and kitchen. A great overnight space or comfortable stay for those wanting to explore the cities great food, breweries, parks, and trails!

The Space:
The Space is fully furnished and cozy. It is comfortable host up to 3 people.
Bedroom: It has a very comfortable queen size bed with a smart Tv, reading chair and dedicated working desk.
Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed (comfortable for a small size adult or a child)
A fully stocked kitchen with electric stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, cookware, silverware, salt and pepper etc.
Coffee bar: K-CUP coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.
Internet: high speed WI-FI internet with the capability to plug in directly to the modem.

Guest Access:
Guests have all access to the cottage, 1 private parking on the premise next to the back gate and street parking are easy to find as well.
The house is the guest suite in the backyard with separate private entrance via the back alley.

Great stay

A cute cottage that was right for my stay. The neighborhood felt safe, and I liked that I could park off the street. My dog, 32 pounds, was happy there and liked sitting on the little porch. Although the yard is small the blocks are large and provide a good walk. Check in and check out was easy. The place was clean and the instructions clear and easy to follow. I would stay again.

Wonderful location to walk our tiny pups and secure fence for all sizes. Excellent communication with Mei. Kitchen stocked very well. Lots of extras like coffee and detergents. Loved your cottage. It had all we needed.

Another great stay

We have relocated to Richmond and found this gem in December when we traveled to find a home. We stayed again while we waited for our furniture, etc to arrive. We will definitely book again if we ever have more guests than can fit in our new home!*For stays of several days, it would be nice to have a little more cookware, but other than that, this is a top tier spot!

Exactly as expected

We were beyond pleased. The space is as (if not better) than pictured. We are relocating to the area and needed to to bring our dogs and explore the area. The outdoor space was more than ample, secure for our pups and very private. We needed to extend our stay while we secured our new space and the hosts were very accommodating. The only possible suggestion is streamlining communication. It seems that two different apps are being used and they don't sync.

Fabulous

We stayed here twice as a welcome stopover on a longer roadtrip. We really could not have been happier! Everything about the cottage itself is just perfect. Owners are incredibly responsive! The accommodations are well thought out and beautiful - very aesthetically pleasing and well appointed. The location is lovely - we had dogs, and I so it was very nice to be able to walk them through the beautiful neighborhood - with sidewalks (iykyk) - but the yard was lovely as well - small, but very secure for dogs of all sizes and impeccably maintained. We had never been to Richmond before, but staying here made us want to come back! Highly recommend!

Comfortable and well appointed

We came to Richmond to visit our daughter at VCU and stayed at this lovely cottage. It’s in a pretty neighborhood convenient to campus and restaurants. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We’ll be back.

Sweet little cottage

Charming small cottage that had all the essentials for our one-night stay. The private entry through the alley, as mentioned in the listing. Ample parking was available. Our only recommendation to the manager was to enhance the landscaping in the private yard to assist with moisture absorption during rainy weather. We have a positive impression of the manager, as our experience with one of their other properties was also excellent.
