The Space:
This home technically combines two 3-bedrooms rowhouses in the same building with separate entrances and separate backyard. It offers you tons of sleeping arrangement options.

2 kitchens throughout the whole house are fully stocked with all the essentials for making morning coffee and preparing meals. We have a drip coffee maker with all the supplies you need. Some of the many items we keep stocked include a toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, storage containers, mixing bowls, wine glasses and drinking glasses. Coffee and tea provided!

While public transportation options are available in Richmond, the Carytown neighborhood is very walkable, and many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within easy reach on foot. Uber and Lyft are also readily accessible for convenient travel around the city.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Parties and events are not allowed. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly request that you respect our neighbors during your stay.
