This is a two-bedroom home that is conveniently close to the El Cerrito Plaza BART station, making it simple to get to San Francisco, Oakland, or Berkeley. For anyone looking to explore the East Bay, this location is perfect!
The Space:
The house itself is a spacious and cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with hardwood floors and lots of natural light. The bedrooms are both furnished with comfortable beds and working desk
Guest Access:
You'll be able to keep your clothes fresh and clean with the in-unit laundry. (Free but detergent is not provided). The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils you need to cook simple meals during your stay, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. If you need to park your car, you'll have access to the driveway as well as plenty of street parking in case you have more than 2 cars.

This property is located in the convenient and residential neighborhood of Richmond Annex, which is known for its charming homes and tree-lined streets. This location is great for families or anyone here to work or vacation.
