Property was very rundown and bathroom and linen were dirty. Entire place smelled bad. We left without staying there and went to another hotel. Unf, we did not get a refund. The manager did sound ready to help but we didnt think another room wud be better because the smell ws all over.

The customer service here was the worst. Check in was the worst the guy was rude he said he don’t care if you stay or go he ran off two customers he said his name was PETER PAN such a a$$ Just the worst customer service ever I will report him to a higher person he said he can’t be touch because it’s a private own business I would never stay here again and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I never felt so disrespected Everything about this hotel was so bad

The ceiling was literally falling down in our one room, the other room had the cost rack hanging off the wall, the toilet lever was broken, there was exposed wires poorly hidden, holes in the walls from makeshift wiring, it smelled bad, the list is endless. I’ve never seen a hotel in such poor condition.

For some reason I was booked a handicap room and when I arrived, they charged an additional $10 dollars and change to change it to a standard room. Room must have been the worst in the hotel. It was dirty, has foul odor and just not well maintained. If I wasn’t tired, I would have went elsewhere.

The property was pretty terrible. Cigarette smell everywhere, burns in the sheets, mystery stains everywhere, holes in the walls…the list could go on and on.

Bathroom ceiling was falling, bathtub stained yellow, someone was at my door because the same room was given to them. I don’t think the place is up to be running; too many handyman issues over all and very dirty. The attendant tried to give us another room but it was in worse than my original one. I did not sleep that night!

There was junk around the side entrance door, The sink in our room drizzled water, it took just over a minute to fill the cups provided. Breakfast was a total failure, juices so watered down as to have no flavor, nothing was set up or ready at scheduled time. We wound up going elsewhere for breakfast. It was sad.

I didn’t like the fact that there were people running in the hallway after midnight and woke us up. I expected more options for breakfast than there were. The coffee wasn’t very hot either. Only because of the place we stayed at the night before. Both were Quality Inns. But the staff was very friendly.

When I got there no one was at the desk. Got to the room there was stains on the bedding, bathroom was dirty and there was dead bugs, tv wasn’t hooked up. Online said breakfast was at 6am but turned out it wasn’t till 7am which was fine but when me and my step daughter went back down there again no staff was to be found and it wasn’t even made or laid out.

The property looked decent on Expedia so we rented it and paid over $100.00 USD for a night. We got there late and tired with two young kids to a room with fuzzy vents, a ground floor window that was a struggle to lock. The pipes in the bathroom were difficult to use cause they all moved when you tried to turn on the water. The toilet was fun as it moved around when you sat in it. It was generally grimy and falling apart. It was quite disappointing. Looking out the window of the room we seen items that made it look like maybe people lived in some of the rooms? Not really sure but we didn’t feel the safest in this hotel. I would never have stayed here if we hadn’t prepaid on Expedia and we only did that cause it was getting late and we had checked some places in a town before this with nothing available. If I had seen it before putting my trust in an Expedia room I would have kept driving.
