Upstairs, the bedroom and bathroom are isolated from the remainder of the home, sitting on the same upper level by themselves. The upstairs bathroom features a large vanity, window seat, and a walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

A car is recommended for getting around the area, but ride-sharing services such as Lyft and Uber are also available here. Our home is conveniently located within a 2-4 minute walk from public transit stations.

Ample parking is available in the gravel area behind the house. Please do not park in front of the home. For your convenience, an electronic keypad is located on the backdoor for easy access.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We do not allow pets. This is non-negotiable.
We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no-pet policy.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
