“Wonderful stay, and very clean too! Highly recommend”

“I stayed with my spouse and two children (ages 5 and 9). We felt very safe. The rental was very private and separate from the main house. The bedrooms and two bathrooms were very convenient. Check-in was super easy and directions were clear. Lots of things were provided to make the stay very easy and convenient.Two points of inconvenience: 1) the downstairs bathtub only gets warm water. It was fine for bathing children but not warm enough to use myself. 2) We struggled with connecting to the……

“Sportsman's Pond and Blueberry Cottage provided the ideal location for disconnecting from the noise and busyness of every day life. The pond was beautifully serene, without outboard motors, jet skis, etc. The fall colors were gorgeous. The hosts provided every sort of watercraft one might want. “I stayed here with my daughter and her two sons, ages 1/1/2 and 4 1/2. We had a terrific time; enjoyed the lake, the boats, the fire pit and the peaceful and beautiful environment. Jim was close by and helpful. I did think it odd that we had to purchase our own firewood as there were several piles of wood in the yard.”

We selected the Troy House for its proximity to a dirt-bike camp in Winchester NH that my son and his two friends were attending for the week.
