“We had an issue checking in but the owner, Jon was promptly responsive and helped us through everything and resolved our issue! The property was amazing and the backyard was gorgeous and very peaceful. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus and we loved the bathroom. Amazing place to stay for a few days!”

“Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great……

“There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. “This cottage was very clean and nice with comfortable beds. It was decorated very nicely and had everything that you need. The location was great if you are visiting the Ark Encounter. The owners were great also! We would choose to stay here again. ”
