“This property was in good condition. The pool area was very nice even if it was too cold to go swimming. The room was very good except the door to the washroom stuck a bit. The continental breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. There were a lot of dining out options within a few miles and it was close to the highway to get to Tampa.”

“The staff there are all so friendly, especially Naiya and Ericka. We didn't meet anyone unwilling to assist. Only suggestion would be offering differing items on the breakfast buffet, having the same items everyday becomes monotonous. ”

“Overall the property was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were good-excellent, but slightly dated. No big deal. The grounds and location were excellent with proximity with the lake, shops, dining, etc. Perhaps it was a bit on the expensive side, but there were a lot of amenities to support the higher cost. I selected the property for convenience and my accommodations were more than sufficient. I would stay here again. ”

“Staff held our room since our flights were cancelled and we were very late. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were nice. Odd location, but it was good enough for our purpose.”
