Services is the only thing that is keeping this hotel going, and when I service like one gentlemen. As for the facility, it lacks options for travelers, breakfast is like a snack, limited options. The food next to the 'concierge' area is more like a vending machine, over priced water ($8 dollars a bottle of water, 22oz), snacks are terrible and limited. There wasn't sufficient coffee to even drink, like one pot per day, no one attends it.
The elevator doors open to navigate towards your room, the first thing you see is garbage on a table, very welcoming I might add, there is limited staff to attend the entire building. As you entered the room, it had a humid smell, no air circulating, the carpet looked like a taco bell floor from the 90s, the bathroom had chips frames and rusted light fixtures, and hair on the shower walls, before anyone used it. I complained, who listened?!
In the 3 days I was there, no one serviced the room, sheets not changed, no fresh towels. Garbage was never picked up, hence why people left it in the front elevators.
Other than the natural scenery, there is nothing to take me back to this place.
Ideal for shooting 'vids' for a low production company, but to stay there, hell no! Run Away! False and deceptive advertising!
