“The property was nice, very straightforward. The parking garage was a bit of a pain to have to navigate each entry and exit, but the property was very centrally located. ”

“The apartment is small, but well equipped and located close to USC and restaurants and grocery. Pictures are accurate of furnishings and appliances. Host was helpful and prompt upon inquiry. ”

“Unit was clean and bright and close to downtown and USC. One note (which is clear from the listing but you may not notice) is that the kitchen is small, no dishwasher, just 4 plates, etc. This was fine for us because we ate out for everything but breakfast, but just don't expect to cook a bunch of meals. Would definitely recommend for someone who plans to eat out or get take out for meals. ”

“Very charming apartment, well decorated and clean. Host went above and beyond answering all my questions in a timely manor when it came to parking. Apartment complex is right next to Publico and walkable to Starbucks. Short uber drive to 5 points, all things related to USC and colonial life arena. Grateful to have found this gem and would definitely stay here again! ”
