Es gibt verschiedene Lauben/Terrassen/Vorplatz zum Aufenthalt und Essen im freien oder gedeckt mit entsprechender Bestuhlung, Tischen und Liegen. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestaltet was es braucht. Grosser Wohn-Essraum mit Cheminée. Drei grosse und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit Bäder. Die Villa liegt in einem Waldähnlichen Gebiet ab von Lärmimmisionen. Die Kommunikation mit Mario war einfach und unkompiziert über WhatsApp. Zun……

“Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss....”

“In un bel borgo Umbro, la casa esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio. Completa di ogni comodità e molto pulita. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili a suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare. Ideale per gli amanti della natura (il borgo è immerso nel verde) e per chi vuole scoprire le bellezza Umbre. Per raggiungere il Borgo è necessario percorrere strade di montagna (ma ne vale la pena!)”

“Maison dans un cadre extraordinaire, sur un côteau, avec vue, de la terrasse, sur les oliviers, les vignes, la vallée et le côteau suivant. Panorama dont il est impossible de se lasser, avec couchers de soleil en prime. Pas de voisins immédiats. Belle et grande piscine. Les enfants ont adoré également jouer au ping-pong dans le pavillon en face de la propriété. Pour le tennis, beau terrain mais il faisait trop chaud… Maison confortable, spacieuse. En fait il s’agit plutôt de 2 maisons jumelées,……

“This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The apartment is well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked perfectly,……

“Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful”

“Siamo stati in tre famiglie in questa bella casa con piscina. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. La casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia ma anche dei bellissimi villaggi medievali come Todi, Montefalco, Bevania, ecc La casa ha tre appartamenti separati con ingresso indipendente, ma c’e Una grande cucina in cui noi siamo stati in 11 senza problemi (colazione ma’ anche quando la sera faceva più fresco). Consiglieró sicuramente ad altri……

“My family absolutely loved our stay. Greeted with a smile and a warm hug. A very clean, quiet villa on the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome. There are multiple train stations near the area my family used to go into downtown Rome to enjoy the sites. Was nice to catch the train back nd spend time drinking wine and eating cheeses in the garden area. Kids loved the space and the grounds around the home. Planning on retuning in the near future ”
